New to Creekside

Our Pastor: Bob grew up and lives in Lincoln country. Before coming to trust in Jesus he had a history of drug abuse, gambling, other abuses and worst of all, he was separated from God for eternity. Jesus has changed all of that. He began to trust in Christ in 1997 and later felt called by the Holy Spirit to preach. He holds an Assoc of Arts degree from Gaston College, a bachelor degree from Gardner-Webb, and a Masters of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.

When you arrive: Creekside offers a casuel dressed worship experience each Sunday at 10:30 am and Small groups and age ministries on Wednesday nights at 7pm. Find Directions and/or Contact us for more information.

What we believe: At Creekside we believe the following: We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and that He was crucified, died, was buried and three days later rose again. His death serves as the penalty for sin. When a person places their faith in the scrificial death of Jesus and repents of their sin and follows Him they receive salvation. We believe the Holy Spirit is the seal of their salvation. The Father, Son and Holy Spirit are one person. We believe that all believers are responsible for carrying this same message to others. We believe that all who accept Christ as Savior should not only attend the local church, but also be baptized by immersion, and to participate in living a spiritually disciplined life of prayer, living God's Word, giving and fellowship with other believers.
